Hi, I’m Jill, founder of The Hygge Wellness Company, where I’ve spent over a decade guiding individuals through life’s transitions, using a unique blend of wellness practices. My journey began with personal healing after the loss of my angel baby, which fuelled my passion for helping others find peace and purpose. With certifications in Workplace Wellness, Sound Healing, and ongoing studies in Positive Psychology, I bring a well-rounded approach to my work.
Through retreats, workshops, and the Hygge in a Box experience, I combine mindfulness, transformative workshops, sound healing, and evidence-based practices to create spaces for deep personal growth. Booking Process
Step 1: Pay Your Deposit
Choose your preferred room and pay a $400 CAD non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
Prices are shown in both Canadian (CAD) and U.S. (USD) dollars for easy reference. During checkout, the amount will appear in Canadian dollars, and if you’re paying from the U.S., it will automatically convert to U.S. funds.
Step 2: Confirmation Email
Upon completing your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, there will be a registration form to select your preferred room and provide other necessary information.
Important: To secure your room of choice, please fill out and submit this registration form immediately.
Step 3: Finalize Payment
Once your room is confirmed, you can either pay the remaining balance (minus the deposit) in full or choose a flexible payment plan.
For U.S. participants, pricing will be displayed in Canadian dollars but will automatically convert to U.S. dollars when processing the payment.

The largest room, Red Oak tells the story of old Vermont with its raw barn beams and hand-crafted bed paired with contemporary feels and amenities. The only in-room clawfoot copper tub sits in the corner while views of the majestic Green Mountains can be seen from the large picture window. Oh, and it has a fireplace.

Clad in barn wood from an old barn down the road, Walnut harkens back to the days of sugarhouses and rustic Vermont living. The bunk bed itself is a two story house within the room with two full size beds - perfect for your inner child.

Sleep amongst the mountains with this bright and minimalistic room with the outline of Mount Mainsfield surrounding you. At night, this mountains illuminate to give this room a warm, cozy feel. Eastern and Southern views means lots of light throughout the day while you stare out at the Green Mountains in the distance.

The Cabin
Larch is an ode to Vermont cabins in the woods. Larch flooring, a wood traditionally found in Europe but also grown in Vermont. Newly milled pine cladding. Two hundred year old hemlock headboard design. The feel of a cabin with the amenities and warmth of contemporary comfort.

The Sunrise Room
Bright tones and sunrise views illuminate Maple, a sunny, textured space. Designed to bring life to all seasons, the room tells the story of the Sun, it's colourful brightness and contrasting colours in different seasons. The attached en suite bathroom has a full glass shower open to the room, or covered by the sliding barn door. Your choice.

The Lichen Lounge
Western views and cooler lime-washed tones give Ash a cozy, protected feel. The attached ensuite bathroom has a full glass shower open to the room, or covered by the sliding barn door - your choice. Deposit and Payment Terms
A non-refundable $300 USD / $400 CAD deposit is required at registration, transferable to another event within the same calendar year. The total balance is due based on the provided payment plan options, payable via credit card.
Cancellations before 60 days from the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all payments made, minus the deposit and a processing fee of $50 USD.
Cancellations within 60 days are only refundable if your spot is filled by another participant; otherwise, you remain responsible for the full payment.
If the minimum participant requirement of 10 is not met, all registered guests will receive a full refund or can transfer their deposit to a future event.
Late Registration
If you book after January 27th, 2025 full payment is required at the time of booking and no refunds are available.
Physical Requirements
This retreat may include hiking, snowshoeing, and yoga and other activities that require moderate physical exertion. Though most activities are accessible to all levels, please note and understand the physical nature of this retreat.
Moderate mobility to walk up and down stairs and walk on uneven sidewalks and rock path terrain may be required.
Insurance Requirement
Purchasing travel insurance with full medical coverage for your trip - for your security and peace of mind is highly recommended. Your insurance provider or credit card company may have this as part of your benefit plan.

Do I have to participate in all activities like snowshoeing and cold plunges?
