Terms and Conditions for the Spring Renewal Retreat
1. Payment and Registration:
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
• Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations before March 10, 2025: You will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations on or after March 10, 2025: No refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the retreat if transferring.
3. Health and Safety:
• By participating in the retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and able to engage in the scheduled activities.
• If you have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions, please notify us upon registration so we can accommodate your needs.
4. Liability:
• The retreat organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event. Participants are encouraged to carry their own travel insurance, if applicable.
5. Photography and Media Release:
• Photographs and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in this media unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
6. Event Changes:
• The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
7. Force Majeure:
• In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), participants will be offered a credit toward a future retreat or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
8. Code of Conduct:
• We aim to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants. Any behaviour that disrupts the retreat or causes harm to others will result in removal from the event without a refund.
