A non-refundable $300 USD / $400 CAD deposit is required at registration, transferable to another event within the same calendar year. The total balance is due based on the provided payment plan options, payable via credit card.

Cancellations before 60 days from the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all payments made, minus the deposit and a processing fee of $50 USD.

Cancellations within 60 days are only refundable if your spot is filled by another participant; otherwise, you remain responsible for the full payment.

If the minimum participant requirement of 10 is not met, all registered guests will receive a full refund or can transfer their deposit to a future event.

If you book within 90 days of the retreat (after November 29, 2024), full payment is required at the time of booking, and all payments are non-refundable.

This retreat may include hiking, snowshoeing, yoga, and other activities that require moderate physical exertion. While most activities are accessible to all levels, please be aware of the physical nature of the retreat. Moderate mobility may be required for walking up stairs, uneven sidewalks, and rocky terrain.

Participant Agreement:

By submitting the “Reserve My Spot” deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as any additional policies provided by Jill Kantor regarding the retreat.
